how hard would it be to live in minneapolis?
i live in a town of about 45,000 people and i want to move to Minneapolis and get a job there, maybe working the rides at valley fair or mall of america until i get a job as a police officer cause im currently going to school online to be a cop can anyone help plz

Retail sales are way down now, and for the most part, stores are not hiring. If they are, it would most likely be part time, no benefits.
With the economy still in a nosedive..jobs are very scarce
You should have a job before you make the move, so you dont get into a bad situation
Once youre a cop, Minneapolis would be a good place to explore getting a job. Many cities are having big fusses over their police and fire dept pension plans. The cities cant afford to pay out and its causing problems. Even tho Im not far from Minneapolis, I dont know how the city is doing financially. Houston TX is bankrupt, I read. So view the Minneapolis newspaper and keep in touch with whats happening there.
