I want to buy property in Minnesota and Wisconsin area?
Hi I’m looking for property with a home (2 br/2 bath -the bathrooms must be in good condition-) in Minnesota or Wisconsin and I want it to either have a new outdoor pool or enough space to install one in the backyard and be in some what of a private property but close to shopping and dining.
Where should I look for this or do you know of one like this for sale? Thanks!!!

The Minneapolis and St. Paul area would be the best place to go, but the properties around there are quite expensive. Theres great properties everywhere around those cities, you just have to look. Wisconsin is pretty empty and boring. I’d stay away from that state.
Bloomington, MN has the Mall of America! Where else can you find that kind of shopping experience…NOWHERE
Its not too far the cities either.
Umm there really aren’t any bad areas like most cities. Theres like bad streets, and thats about it. Bad meaning dangerous..
Check with a Realtor in that area. Lots of success in your search!
