I would appreciate it if you could take a moment to help.?
I attend college in Minnesota and will relocate to the Denver metro area in January 2008. I will begin sending my resume out in February. In a perfect world, I would be able to schedule all of my interviews during a one week period in the summer.
What is the appropriate way to go about this? Should I mention that, "I will be in the area between XYZ dates and would be available for a face-to-face interview at that time?"
I would like to thank you in advance for taking time out of your day to assist me in my efforts. Truly, your help is appreciated!
Best Regards,
Joshua

Yes, definitely mention the time range that you would be available for a face to face interview. Some employers may be interested in your resume but don’t really want to spend the money to fly you in for the interview, it’d save their company money if you are available locally. Good luck to you and have a Happy New Year, too!
