If I were to get my real estate license in Minnesota but move to CO in a year would I need another license?
Would I have to retake all three classes required in Minnesota again in Colorado or just one class and a test?

Check on the department of real estate or professional licensing department of your new state (CO) to see if they have a reciprocal licensing agreement with MI.
If so you will have to take some but fewer hours of RE classes, but you will have to retake the test for the license, pay fees, etc.
