Alright, my name is kevin too(kinda funny), and I live in the twin cities. So you want to know a little about it well……
-You can walk to the metrodome(The Twins/Vikings stadium)
-There are restaurants all over the place
-You can ride a "light rail" which is sorta like a subway all around the town.(really convenient/cheap)
-It is a little crowded
-You can walk to the target center(timberwolves stadium)
-All sorts of shops and things to do.
- It is in the heart of minnesota, so you can pretty much go anywhere easily.
-Nice place to live 3 seasons out of the year
winter is ok but if you don’t like snow then you might be a weee bit crabby.
-Its Minnesota nice territory
-There are skyways(in the air sidewalks) all over the place, so you can walk anywhere in the city without getting wet, cold, too hot, or any of that stuff outside.
Hope I helped:)

Are you the same Kevin that just asked the same question about Phoenix?!
Anyway, I live in Minneapolis and here are the advantages: Change of seasons, lots of good shopping and restaurants, good schools, good medical care, and many lakes and rivers within and near the city, and generally a lot to do such as museums, performing arts, shopping, etc.
Here is the big disadvantage-very cold, dreary, and snowy winters w/ a lack of sunlight. The 30s are considered warm here in Jan.! Other disadvantages are high cost of living, high taxes, traffic, crime, and urban sprawl.
