Is there any website for ratings of rental aparments in Orange County?

Hi, I’m relocating to Orange County from Minnesota and would be renting a townhome soon. I have a 3 year kid and am very particular about finding a safer and better home for him. Is there any website for apartment ratings which covers details like maintenance, neighborhood, any sex offenders/child abusers in the area etc.

Orange County, CA? Stay out of Santa Ana and Garden Grove. In South Orange County, Mission Viejo is nice, some in Lake Forest, but try to stay out of San Juan Capistrano. In North Orange County, go for Brea, Yorba Linda, and some of Placentia and Fullerton. Try http://www.city-data.com. That was helpful when I moved to a new state (I grew up in CA most of my life in Orange County). Also, http://www.greatschools.net is a good resource. Good Luck and enjoy all the traffic!
