Minnesota’s cold never ending winter………?
I’ve lived in Minnesota near Minneapolis for 6 yrs now, I relocated from SoCal, this has been the longest most miserable winter ever, and today it is cold and windy, I was out walking one of my dogs and was glad to get home. Why would anyone choose to live here when there are so many warmer places to live, I’m beginning to hate the day I moved here.
I feel better now I’ve vented..

I think it’s all a matter of where we came from originally, isn’t it? I grew up in Illinois and Wisconsin (and one of my sisters currently lives in St. Paul, MN, so I know where you are coming from) and relocated to Barcelona, Spain, 15 years ago. One can often hear me complaining about how boring the weather is here and how I get soooo sick of sunny days!!! What I would give for an occasional blizzard and/or thunderstorm and even a small tornado!! Hang in there…better days are coming! Let me know if you ever want to do a home (or in my case, flat) exchange for a holiday!
