What’s a Decent Place to get my Hair Cut?

I thought about it and I chose Regis. I went there once before and they did a great job. Plus I read an interesting article reading;

Plus you always need to make an appointment, most places are just walk ins so I’m guessing they must be somewhat decent. The cut I’m getting shouldn’t break a sweat for them to do anyways, it’s pretty simple if you ask me. I just hope they don’t mess it up, lol. Here’s what it looks like if you’re curious.

Astronomy question please help me?

I want you to take some observations of it in order to learn everything you can about this star tonight.” Flustered and sleep-deprived, the observer flippantly asks your group if anyone knows anything about how to study stars and you – having taken Phys 1053 in college – seize the opportunity and offer to help!
She tells you the telescope can detect optical and near-infrared light, has a full set of filters available (U, B, V, R and I), and has two instruments to choose from: an imager and a spectrograph. The two of you get right to work, and by morning you are the leading authorities on the properties of this interesting star. Write a report for the advisor explaining what observations you made and how they lead to determinations of specific properties of the star such as temperature, luminosity, composition, radius, distance, mass, & age. (You may invent information about the star. If you do, try to be consistent; for example, if a star is cool and luminous it can’t be small.)

Evicted, No Lease?

Basically, I think the homeowner (who I am paying rent for, my space) is evicting me because she says quote, “I am not up to her cleaning standards”, hence I am not immaculate as her. For example, she nags at me when she found two minute pieces of lint on the floor and stating it was filthy. I stated that it is not dirty.. and she storms off upstairs, complaining to her son, and then starts calling people about the predicament. She gets upset because I do not socialize with them.. uh, is it a REQUIREMENT to “socialize” 24-7 with roommates? Also, she got upset because I left my shades down when it was a nice day out.. stating I was depressed (and for the record I am not.. I am just FRUSTRATED). Not only that, she is verbally abusive towards me (especially about my mother), says I won’t get far in life & says I have to stay in my room from now on until I move, meaning even though I am paying rent for the lower half of the house (den + bedroom + computer room), that I can’t watch TV or vacuum. I may have a bookbag, purse, and even a towel on the floor – but does that make me messy? OF COURSE NOT. I AM moving out in 3 weeks, when is when the school year will be complete for me. However, I have a feeling she will call police or take me to court over this cleaning business AFTER I move. I have NOT done ANY property damage to the house, so why did she state to me she called a lawyer!

Overall, my question is.. is it right for her to somewhat confine me in one place? AND according to her since I have a “bad attitude”, can anybody evict a tenant for that?

If this helps, I am located in Minnesota (around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area).
Back in December – after arriving back from school – I noticed a note on her new couch. In the note, it states:

"My real concern is that you will wear out the couch prematurely because I think your weight will destroy the symmetry/contours of the couch. Thanks, Sara".
I plan on moving out by May 18th.. however, do I have to stay until May 31 in order for her to find another roommate?

Can you tell me the best work from home businesses for selling stuff?

I am wanting to work from home.I would like to get into selling stuff like candles,bath&body,or stuff for your home,that type of thing.I cant find this info anywhere online .Maybe Im not typing in the correct words.Can you help me .

Minnesota Eviction Expungement form.?

My girlfriend wants to know if she can get her eviction expunged. She rented a town home seven years ago with two other tenants and after six months was evicted for failing to pay rent.

They never contacted her. She tried to get an apartment last week and they told her that because she had an eviction notice on her record she needed to contact the landlord of that property and get proof she didn’t owe them anything.

They said she owed them ,000 for cleaning, back rent and other misc fees. Don’t feel bad for the landlord, they made over ,000 in rent and were able to write off ,000 in income taxes.

She asked for a detailed bill which said she owed them {content}.00 because everything had been written off as bad debt. That {content}.00 was crossed out and ,000 was put in it’s place. Then they said that they would accept ,000 if she could come up with it.

It doesn’t seem legal for them to ask for money that they have already taken a tax write off on. Because it was seven years ago, they can’t even amend their taxes to correct it so these seems outright fraudulent and I have a feeling that any court would agree that if the debt is written off, it is gone. Is this a good reason for getting an expungement?

It also says that if you can prove that it is in the best interest of the public that she be allowed to expunge the record that it should be so. What are good arguments for proving that it would be in the best interest of the public?
She is trying to get an apartment with me, her mom and her mentally handicapped 20 year old brother. I think the benefit to the state is that they aren’t homeless and not breaking fire code. Together we make over 100,000 a year. But since I am on unemployment until I go to basic training I don’t qualify to co-sign. She has been evicted so she cannot cosign and since the little brother is a vulnerable adult he can’t cosign (even though he has a job and gets social security). Her mom cannot afford triple the rent of a 3 bedroom apartment so we would have to move into a 2 bedroom which exceeds number of people allowed in the dwelling.

sellers are required to disclose FIRE DAMAGE on the home they are selling?

Are sellers are required to disclose certain types of information about the homes they are selling. During a renovation we removed the new floor that the seller had put down before he sold us the home. Underneath was extensive fire damage to the sub floor & beams both in the living room and kitchen. If this information was told to us we would have not purchased the property.

What can be done about this? Legally the seller should have said something? Reality agent have a responsibility?

Parents selling home & moving in with me, how can they avoid capital gains tax?

My boyfriend and I just bought a house (110K lien), and his parents will be moving in with us, in a garage-converted apartment. Parents are selling thier house for k to my boyfriend’s older sister. Since they are close to 80 and have no other assests, we are trying to invest legally but avoid capital gains. Should that 80k be paid on our house and add the parents to the title, or should the deed to the original house be passed as a "gift" to the sister and sister pay mom & pop under the table? Or should the 80k be split between all 7 of mom & pop’s children as an inheritance (even though both are alive, they do not have a will). Let me know what options exist.
The parent’s home is a single-wide mobile home on a permanet foundation on 1 1/2 acres of land in Maryland. They bought the land & the mobile home in the early 1980s and have owned & occupied it since then.

Is there a site that compares drug costs from different pharmacies?

I just moved to Minneapolis and I want to transfer my prescriptions but don’t feel like calling 50 pharmacies to compare prices. Cosco was cheap back in California, but there is not one close by. Any ideas?
