She is 39, with my kids her new man is 18 and a criminal?

My ex wife is 39. At the time we got divorced, I was very successful and our "family" was very normal (other than my wife and my marital differences). We divorced and it was a bitter one. I live in Minnesota, and unless you can prove to the courts without a doubt she is unfit, Men have no paternity rights whatsoever. So she won custody of our children.
Since then, she decided to start dating and a month later moved an 18yo boy into my home to live with her and my kids. Our oldest son is nearly a year older than this boy.
Not only is this a boy, but he is: 1. Unemployed, 2. a conviced felon for criminal damage to property, 3. a highschool drop out, 4. interferes with my relationship with my kids, and 5. deals meth for his dad.
Everybody tells me it is her life and leave her alone because she is an adult and do what she wants. She finds no problem with her choice in the person she allows into her house with Our kids. Please help give me some perspective on this. Am I nuts?
Problems:
1. I cannot afford a lawyer – My divorce lawyer cast me THOUSANDS and got me nothing.
2. In Minnesota it’s only an accusation and they mean NOTHING in court. I tell a judge he is living with them, she denies it. Simple as that. I tell the court he is dealing drugs, they deny it. Simple as that.
As to Molly Blue, I don’t know what state you live in, but you can quote law all you want, I lived it, I have a CLEAN record, a great job and love my kids more than anything.
AND… I have JOINT legal custody and liberal visitation.

Short Selling Home, Can bank go after retirement account?

My dad is planning on short selling one of his homes. Originally bought to be remodeled, but because of the economy he cannot even afford to keep the house. Home was bought for 1.3mil and he is planning on short selling it for 800k.

My question is, what will the bank do about the 500k deficiency? Can they go after his retirement accounts? Thanks

How do you get a job selling homes for home builders?

My dad said he thought you may just have to know somebody. I’m curious though! How do you get this job? I live in Phoenix where tract homes are popping up everywhere in the east valley and it seems like a job I would love to do for a while.

Property tax refund question for state of Minnesota?

I’m listed as a co-buyer on a house that my parents bought for me to live in during college. This year when my dad did my taxes, he listed the house under my name and I just got a check for 8 for property tax refund? In the past couple years my dad has filed the house under his name and has never gotten a property tax refund. But this year he listed it under my name and I think I received the refund because I only made like 11,000 last year. Now my dad thinks the money is his..but I think it is mine because we got the check probably because of my low income. Who should the money go to?

I need to find an affordable apartment for my dad. He is relocating from Minnesota to the Batavia (Eastgate) Ohio area. He is living completely off of is social security. He is a veteran and has a very limited income, as do most people right now. Do you know of any services that may be able to provide assistance? Do you know of any apartment locator’s that focus on low income? Thanks
