Note, this Days on Market figure is based on homes that have sold not homes that are on the market. There is a dramatic difference between Days on Market for homes that are SOLD or Under Contract and those that are Active or on the Market and available to be shown. Again the Average Days on Market for Sold or Under Contract is 85 days, for Actives the Average Days on Market is 161 days. Price is very important in determining the length of time your home will be on the market. The bottom line is: get the price right or your house almost certainly will not sell in this market.

You will see them with different eyes now, and you will be able to notice all their details. After all, a few days of house searching will have sharpened up your senses. In the end, your mind will already be unconsciously set on that dream house you always wanted. And as the majority of the first home buyers, you will be glad you decided to take this path.

The man might have started constructing a house very early, but it seems, he could convert this house into a home at a very later stage. And that might had started when then man could establish this marriage institution. After marriage two people started living together exclusively without interference of others and they started bringing children on this earth and it is also on record that they started keeping those children with them. That was the first occasion when the man could convert this house into a home, sweet home and he started attaching himself with this home and the people living in this home were called family and since that date, the house is called a home and the people living in that home are called members of the family. The family shall include husband, wife, children, dependant father, mother, sisters, brothers and their children. The concept of family may differ in different societies, but basically all these are members of the family and are allowed to live in the same home.

The women in the house are mostly deployed to carry on household works and the men are mostly deployed to work outside and earn livelihood for all the members in the home. The old, the sick, the handicapped or infirm people in the home are allowed to live here without earning money for the family, but the number should be limited, because the prices are rising and the demands of members in the family are also rising and therefore, time has come when all the members in the family are supposed to work and earn and bring those earnings to the family so that proper running of the family could be achieved. Since all are not earning, the earning members have started ousting all those who are not earning and are burden on them. In fact the house is converted into a home only when women are introduced in this house and they take up the work of kitchen and looking after the house. Without women a house cannot become a home because the kitchen is not running well and most of the eatables are coming from the market fully prepared and we have noted that in a house where there are no women, most of the members remain ill or weak because the eatables coming from outside are not fully digested by the people in the house. The women bring sweetness in the house and since this man likes presence of the women, they also enjoy life and live happily in the house. Though they all are not maintaining sex relations with all the women, they are enjoying life and some of the people in the house are also crossing limits and they are keeping all these excesses secret from others and they are going on in the house and are enjoying life.

Woman is the real architect of the house and therefore, all in the house are respecting the woman in the house. The oldest lady in the house is mostly mother in law and she is treating all the brides like slaves and that is the reason the brides are not tolerating all these treatments. They are persuading their husbands to leave the joint family and where these mothers in law are taking their brides as their own daughters, the joint family system is going on well and therefore, all the men are advising the mothers in law that they should keep good relations with the brides in the house. and in some of the homes such relations could have been established and they are going on well.

Had there been no family system, the children could not have proper education, proper bringing up, proper training, proper adjustment at work and proper settlement in life. All these items of work are completed by the parents in the family and the society is going on and progressing well. Had there been no family, all would have been without proper education, training and proper adjustment in life. Therefore, we should maintain this family system and we should see that all those who are living here should become real members of this family and must join together and work together. Family is the best institution which this society could establish and we congratulate this society.
