Not sure , but i have an oil tank i am removing. When you go to sell a home in our area, an oil tank is a red flag that would need to be dealt with before selling, or you could be on the hook later at a large expense.
Instead of asking all of us, you need to ask these questions of the BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT of YOUR city.
